Primary seven candidates are today the 30th of March beginning their PLE final examinations and will complete on 31st Wednesday, this sees them begin with Mathematics in the morning and then later in the evening will conclude with Social Studies and religious education (SST)
The number of female students who have been registered to sit for the forthcoming Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) is higher than their male counterparts compared to the previous years Out of 749,811 candidates slated to sit for PLE, 395,855 pupils are females while 353,957 are male. This means the number of female pupils surpasses their male counter-parts by a difference of 41,898.
The Kamuli Inspector of Schools Mr Abraham Kanakulya has urged teachers to allow pregnant girls to do exams as the Ministry of health indicated.
