The Education officer in Charge of Special Needs in Jinja Municipal council has expressed fear over the way Spire Road primary school will continue missing development due to much fear of parents that every development that comes is intended to grab the school land.
Haruna Muloopa while addressing parents of Walukuba West primary school during their annual general meeting has appreciated the grate work of the management together with parents for working together that has enabled development in the school.
He has revealed Jinja Municipal council to intervene immediately with 25 million Uganda shillings to help and construct the boys pit latrine that has been lacking at the moment due to the heavy rains that has finished everything.
He has asked parents to always welcome programs for development at their schools for instance like the Seed school established on Walukuba West land and no complaints from parents.
However, the chairperson of PTA Moses Lwochaza has expressed much happiness upon the much work done to improve the education of this school and also getting much hopes from the Education officer the assurance given to intervene to rescue the boys’ latrine that has been on their neck.
