JINJA: Councilor to lead demonstration

Councilor for Walukuba West parish to Jinja Municipal Council Otukyo Bernard has expressed concern for the delay of Jinja Municipal Council to urgently intervene and construct the Boy’s toilet at Walukuba West primary that has been prolonged without any proper communication.

Councilor Otukyo Bernard after the parents meeting at Walukuba West primary school in an exclusive interview with NBS/ Smart FM reporter says that is not happy with the way Jinja Municipal council has delayed to handle this matter and as an area councilor that has been able to write to the necessary people but nothing has been done.

He has therefore promised to lead a demonstration from parents against the town clerk of Jinja Municipal council if doesn’t work on the said issue that is ready to lead a demonstration with parents.
