Police in Mafubira division here in Jinja City has detained one Esther Babirye for allegedly loading her step Son Aki Nswanobe with heavy items to hawk along the streets
Today it is said the boy 7 years son to Joseph Nswanobe perhaps due to hunger fell down and was fed by the people around.
