Electorates in Samia Bugwe south in Busia District and elsewhere in Uganda have been urged to be consistent when electing their leaders.
The call was made by the deputy resident district commissioner, kalikwani Paulo during the presidential initiative on wealth and Job creation commonly known as EMYOOGA at Namayemba trading center in masafu, Busia District, where he said that having elected consistently for president Y.K Museven as the president of the republic of Uganda, it has brought many developmental programs in Uganda and the members of parliament should be done so.
He also gave an example of some municipalities like kamuli where the electorates have kept on electing the Rt. honorable Rebeca Kadaga as their mp for now 30 years, several achievements have been made for the municipality unlike in Busia district, where they elect a leader for a term.
That these will not bring any development in the district and it will further divide the electorates more.
