The Buvuma RDC Juma Kigongo has appealed to President Yoweri Museveni to provide the district a boat ambulance
In an interview with the media Mr. Kigongo says it was one of the issues they had organized to present to president Yoweri Museveni during his campaign trail in greater Mukono which was cancelled by the electorial commission due to covid-19 upsurge infections.
