Mobile Money agents have expressed disappointment concern about scarcity of customers attributed to high taxes levied on their transactions.

In an interview with Grace Nantambi one of them from Naminya, Wakisi Division Njeru municipality, Buikwe district says the government should reduce on the taxes that it levied on the mobile money users while withdrawing money. however, she added on saying that people have resorted to using banks because of the low taxes levied
